What size bankroll do I need to join Edwards' Tips?
I recommend a starting bankroll of £1000 or more. I tip in units with 1 unit representing 1% of bankroll. For example, if I were to tip 0.5 units each way (1 unit total) this would be £5 each way (£10 total) for a £1000 bankroll.
How many bookmaker accounts do I need?
The more the better. Bet365 is particularly important for snooker. Betfair and Sporting Bet accounts are important for golf - they pay dead heat ties in full which is very useful for us on top 5/10/20 market in particular. I would also advise exchange accounts with Matchbook, Betfair and Smarkets. Remember the more bookmakers the better as the soft books have prices way above the settled prices as do the exchanges.
When are tips sent?
Tips are sent between 24 and 72 hours before the event. I aim to send tips in the evening so most subscribers are finished with work and able to get on quickly. Generally, golf outright tips will be sent Monday and Tuesday, golf place tips will be sent Tuesday and first round leader tips will be sent Wednesday. Snooker is far more variable but most selections tend to be sent early in the week.
How many tips can I expect?
I promise a minimum of 50 bets per month for Golf (Standard) and Snooker and 25 bets per month for Golf (High Liquiity). I would estimate a combined total conservatively at 100 to 150 most months.
Do you have a staking plan?
Yes, I use a units based system between 0.1 and 1+ with 1 unit representing 1% of total bankroll. I am sensitive to time of year and the particular dynamics of each week. I will always manage subscribers bankroll responsibly. Never bet what you cannot afford to lose.
