Edwards' Tips offer 3 services: Snooker, Golf (Standard) and Golf (High Liquidity).
Snooker
I was a professional snooker player until 1994 so naturally have my finger on the pulse. I watch every event year round and combine with statistical analysis to find high value selections. The largest volume of bets will be in the opening two or three days of each tournament - that is where I have found the most value. Average odds are fairly low and strike rate high - this is a low variance package. Members can expect a consistent return by exploiting outright and match markets. Our stakes start small and we gradually increase over the year as stats, form and fatigue form a clearer picture.
Golf (Standard)
This package will concentrate on outright and place markets (top 20 in the main). Since launching in March 2018, the outright model has accumulated over 17 winners at odds of 100/1+. There have also been 28 winners between 50/1 and 90/1 and several more below 50/1. At the time of writing, the overall ROI is 31% over 8532 bets. I combine the lower varience, lower ROI of the place market with the higher varience, higher ROI of the outright market. The principal of the service is to get strong closing line value which is achieved two ways. Firstly, I am early in the market, taking the the best prices with bookmakers soon after prices open on Monday. Unfortunately, many punters have been hit with bookmaker restrictions. The way we circumnavigate that problem is by doing a recap email on Wednesday, highlighting prices available on exchanges which are at peek liquidity during the middle of the week.
Golf (High Liquidity)
The Golf (High Liquidity) service is new to 2025 aiming to take advantage of how the golf markets have evolved in the last couple of years. As members of my Golf service will know, one strategy that has been very profitable historically is to jump on the bookie's opening prices when they are way out of line. The problem is that these opening prices generally do not last very long. As a result, any subscribers who missed the opening prices would not have an opportunity to get on the selections at the best price. However, recently I have noticed that this has changed. The opening prices still do not last particularly long, but over the last couple of years Tuesday has emerged as a day where the markets drift. Most likely, this is because popular tipsters like the Racing Post and Sporting Life release their selections on late Monday or early Tuesday. For subscribers, this offers an opportunity to place my selections at prices much closer to the opening show than has often historically been possible. I felt it was worth offering this as a standalone service for those who are not consistently able to get on the opening prices or those who would prefer to receive fewer emails. The service itself is designed to be simple and easy to follow. All bets are now delivered in one email on a Wednesday. Over the last couple of years I have trialled this service, sending one email with between 5 and 8 selections across highly liquid markets. So that is roughly what I would expect to send going forward.
